Eighty percent of the obesity is from the lower part of the body, especially that of the abdomen. Yet why did so many books in bookshops aiming to work off the eighty percent fail to help eventually?? It was because they all barked up the wrong tree!! The books told people that the eighty percent is calle
d ‘fat’. The truth is that eighty percent of the obesity from the lower part of the body is because of ‘water’. No wonder so many people lose the fighting against obesity.

 Most of the solutions for slimming help people to lose weight only. However, weight loss usually accompanies loose and lousy skin. And terrible wrinkles turn up. If you follow the ways suggested in this book, you would not only achieve weight control but also see your skin tightened with shining bright color.

 In my view, the main cause for obesity is due to ‘food jam’ as I previously mentioned. In other words, obesity is mainly caused by long stay of food in the stomach, but not just by eating too much. Moreover, an obese shape is usually formed by 20% of fat and 80% of excessive water content. That is to say, except for crapulence and metabolic problems, 80% of
the obesity is related to ‘water content’
.

 
During the study about the idea ‘material energy’, I found a good method for diet based on ‘material energy’. By this way, it is both easy to get rid of dietary fat and keep in shape. The wonderful thing is that it may bring people many benefits. Day by day, you would find yourself in good health condition. You would feel vigorous and energetic. You would get better endurance.   ABOUT THIS BOOK 

 It is true that obesity has a close relationship with eating habits. However, the main reason for obesity is not what or how much you eat. In my opinion, the key point is the ‘eating steps’!! The eating steps determine how long the food will go through its digestive journey.
 
Correct steps and good attitude for eating would be introduced in this book. Just follow the ways and food will go through the digestive journey smoothly and quickly. I do not focus on what kinds of food to eat and you do not have to change much in your eating habits. Just by paying much attention to the right eating steps, it is not difficult staying in a good physical condition. And of course, you will accordingly get a prize from the good eating habits: a good shape!!
 
The ideas I wrote in this book are simple to be followed. There are no specific restrictions on food types to take in daily meals, as long as you eat by two correct eating steps. I believe that it is a very easy access suitable for everyone. Losing weight and keeping in shape will be no longer tough works!! Eating with a good attitude as well as by right steps, you will take in less food amount. And as a matter of course, the food journey gets shorter and faster. Soon you will find you lose weight!! See?? It is so easy!

 Though it takes perseverance, keeping fitness is not difficult at all. Just follow the ways I suggested in this book. You do not have to tighten your belt to fight against the appetite. All you have to do is just making some tiny changes in the eating habits. Trust me, you will soon become much healthier and get a good-looking appearance!!…to be continued

 In principle, the longer food stays in gastrointestinal tract, the easier obesity occurs. On the contrary, if the food digestion is smooth and fast, it would not cause the accumulation of diet fat. Therefore it is easy to keep away from obesity. Again, please bear this important idea in mind: “It is not how much you eat, but how long the food will go though the digestion.” In my view, it is the basic concept for healthy diet. Please remember to take the soup first, and drink no more liquid during or after the meal. This ensures a smooth digestive journey and also makes getting fit an easy job.…to be continued

  CHAPTER 11: 80% OF THE OBESITY IS CAUSED BY IMPROPER
          DRINKING HABITS

 
But many people have no idea about this and drink much water every day. Actually the excessive water is unnecessary for physical functions. Kidneys, being the main metabolic organs, will have to speed up the function to expel the excessive water so as to keep the water content inside the body in balance. While kidneys speed up working, the renal cells are forced to renew at a faster speed as well, so as to catch up with the metabolic rate of kidneys. If the status lasts for just a short while, it would not cause adverse effects on kidneys, as human cells are provided with the basic capability of adaption for temporary inner changes. However, if the status lasts for longer, the renewal ability of renal cells will be used up soon. As a matter of course, renal functions would thus expire much earlier.…to be continued

 If you just focus on getting rid of fat during the battle against obesity, it is like trying to catch a giraffe in the forest without noticing the panther staring behind you. Fat, just like the giraffe in the forest, does not harm the health directly. Water, however, is like the panther that may constitute a menace to life at any time.…to be continued

 For dropsical obesity, it does not work for weight loss by controlling the calories intake, which does not hit the point. Instead, it may only cause imbalance of nutrition. The worse is that it may make a person even fatter and it may place heavy burden on organs eventually. Why?? When the calories intake is not enough, people will feel hungry easily. But if they are intending to lose weight, they might drink much water instead of eating food, by which they think would eliminate the feeling of hunger. However this would only make more water store up in the body and place more burdens on kidneys which might make their function expire earlier.…to be continued
